Criterion Apartments, CA

Architect Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh redeveloped the Criterion building in Santa Monica to feature offices, 32 apartments and a commercial area. The new structure is outfitted with Porcelanosa’s stone-look Arizona Caliza porcelain panels. The panels are also integrated into the interior design of the building, and can be found in the lobby, staircase walls, and terrace walls.
