Located in the trendy Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC right off of Columbia Road, The Silva is a large and popular apartment building complex. It is located on the former grounds of a Scottish temple building and was redesigned to be modernly integrated into its surroundings.
This 10 story building is cladded in 47,000 square feet of Krono Clay Nature porcelain panels. This is the largest porcelain facade in all of Washington DC. Porcelanosa’s Morse Beige Nature tiles are also used in a multitude of formats throughout the complex’s bathrooms.
