This luxurious multiunit project located in the Shepherd Park neighborhood of Washington, DC features 32 condominium units that use Porcelanosa tiles, bath fixtures, vanities, and custom kitchen designs throughout them. The lobby features Harlem Acero floor tiles, and Morse White Nature is used in other common areas throughout the building. The units in the basement and the 1st floor feature Linkfloor Kingdom Greece, and bathrooms that are covered in Contour White. The other units use Tortona 1L Strada hardwood throughout them, and the bathrooms feature the dramatic Noa Tanzania Almondin the showers. Porcelanosa’s Last Vanities are used throughout all of the units in various configurations. Custom Gamadecor Kitchen Cabinetry is featured in all of the kitchens.
