1331 Maryland houses over 360 apartments in the heart of Washington, DC. The building’s structure was created by New York-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects, and the interior architecture & designer was developed by WDG. Guests are able peer outside to see the Washington Monument right outside of their window.
Porcelanosa’s AC4 Endless 1L Brooklyn laminate flooring was used throughout many of the units, in addition to a variety of bathroom accessories from the Hotels collection. Two different types of custom hardwood flooring were created and used throughout the communal lounge & clubhouse on the building’s 14th floor. Porcelanosa’s Ramsey 13″x26″ tile was also used on the lower amenity level.
