The GuestHouse at the Dream Downtown, located in Downtown New York City, is an lush duplex penthouse space. The GuestHouse features 2,500 sq. ft. of space along with many extra amenities including a garden terrace and a glass Jacuzzi. Porcelanosa’s Linkfloor Oak Grey was used as the main flooring throughout the GuestHouse. Porcelanosa’s Linkfloor products feature stunning patterns and finishes on versatile vinyl tiles, and can be utilized for high traffic areas. This project has been featured in Boutique Design’s April issue, and was a Finalist for Boutique Design’s 2015 Gold Key Awards in the Best Suite category.
