Featured project: Spanish Penthouse with 360 degree views

A recent project out of Valencia, Spain brings us beautiful 360 degree views of the Mediterranean Sea. This penthouse, located in Canet de Berenguer, was designed by Octógono Castellón, which had two challenges: bring two independent apartments together in the same space, and enhance the views of the sea.

The house itself features a modern minimal style, which light colors and a strong presence of natural light coming in from the outside. On the first floor, the flooring through is Zurich Ash, leading into the kitchen, fitted with the Emotions design. The elevator area features Persian White Pulido, a beautiful natural stone tile that looks like marble. The wood look tile, Oxford Natural can be found in the bedrooms as the flooring and as the wall and floor covering in the first bathroom. Also in this bathroom is the Jam wall mount sink and the Tetris vanity.

The terrace, which was crucial in bringing the indoors out, features raised flooring made up of special pieces of Oxford Blanco, installed on a plots system. The exterior barbeque has been covered with the Samoa Antracita ceramic collection.
