Porcelanosa Celebrates The Grand Opening Of The Toronto Showroom

On the evening of Thursday, October 18th, 2018, PORCELANOSA celebrated the Grand Opening of their Toronto showroom in Ontario, Canada. The brand new showroom located in heart of Toronto has a 5,000 sq. ft. exhibition space, showcasing 2 full-size kitchen displays and 18 full lifestyle bathroom vignettes, all featuring a variety of products which includes the new Seedwood collection, XLIGHT, XTONE Countertops, a gorgeous kitchen showing our Emotions semi-custom cabinetry, and more.
PORCELANOSA’s clients, local media, bloggers, and influencers were in attendance at the Grand Opening with more than 300 guests in total. PORCELANOSA’s owners Silvestre Segarra and Maria Jose Soriano attended the opening in support of the expansion of PORCELANOSA in the Canadian territory. Victor Dries served an array of Spanish style tapas, Iberico Ham was freshly carved by Chef Chris Brown and Jambon Croquetas, Chicken Liver, Grilled Shrimp and White Gazpacho were passed in abundance. Pintxo Stations overflowed with Manchego, Grilled Chorizo, Boquerones and Torilla Espanola. Spanish beer and wine was served with a PORCELANOSA signature welcome cocktail. Guests also enjoyed a live flamenco performance to the sounds of acoustic guitar played by the band PORVENIR who traveled from Spain to perform at the Grand Opening. PORVENIR also performed at PORCELANOSA’s Chestnut Hill, MA Grand Opening the previous evening. In addition to PORVENIR’s performance, one of Toronto’s premiere DJ’s, Alex Tribe provided an original classy set of house and upscale lounge music.
The guests were able to get a private viewing of showroom’s kitchens, astounding bathroom displays and an extensive tile library with hundreds of tiles to choose from. In the new showroom, customers and industry professionals alike can meet with dedicated in-store Design Consultants to select products and take home free tile samples for residential renovation projects. Industry professionals – including architects, interior designers, developers & builders – can also schedule meetings with personal Architectural & Design Sales representatives that work on larger commercial projects.
