Choosing The Perfect Vanity For Your Bathroom
Vanities play an integral role in the function of your bathroom. It can be difficult to decide on one, especially if there are multiple styles and sizes. We broke down some categories you should consider so you make an informed and educated purchase on your next bathroom vanity.
STYLE
At Porcelanosa, the majority of our vanities can be broken down into one of two categories: Modern or Transitional. Modern vanities feature clean lines, geometric shapes, and an overall minimalist feel. The Ciclo Vanity is a good example with its sleek design and curved edges.
Transitional vanities fall somewhere between modern and traditional. They are usually larger, have more storage, and might feature rich wood textures or ornate designs. Azrama is a good choice for those with transitional taste – featuring wood cabinets, a stone sink, and under sink storage.
MATERIALS
For those who favor a more natural look, a stone vanity can bring elements of the outdoors in. The Spirit I vanity was inspired by flowing sculptural lines and allows for each piece in the collection to fit together in any combination due to their unique shapes – even if they vary in materials. If you can’t decide between stone or wood, you can get both by using a combination such as a stone sink with wood vanity.
For a sleek and modern look, consider a vanity made out of gloss lacquer. The Lounge vanity is available in white or black gloss finishes, with a quilted design that goes along the front of the vanity.
STORAGE
The Flow Vanity has multiple options for a complete storage space. The vanity itself features smooth lines with rounded edges. With several units of different sizes, lower drawers with integrated towel rails, and upper storage units, there are endless possibilities to create.
A less complicated option is the Mood Vanity: a simple yet extremely functional design. It is made of a KRION® Solid Surface countertop that has built in space for towels and soap dispenser. A rotating drawer hides underneath the countertop.
